You agree to notify 75ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 75ph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
75ph may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") procedures at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by 75ph for this purpose, including a valid government-issued identification document. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
75ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 75ph does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
Deposits are credited to your 75ph wallet upon confirmation of receipt. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. 75ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. 75ph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
75ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 75ph customer support. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 75ph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable local law.
